Our in-house master butchers, Eric Lyons, are the best in the business, with generations of their family passing on master craftsmanship in the art of preparing meat. As well as their Butchery they also produce fantastic hand made pies, ready meals and sides! These are fresh daily and will be available at Field to Fork.
